Leadership Skills Coaching

Coaching is to performance what leadership is to an organization.

Successful athletes, entrepreneurs and corporations all have something in common: the 'desire' to succeed and win. What Olympic athletes have always known is that if you want to maximize your potential and win, hire a coach.

As human beings are primarily emotional creatures, top-level coaches are experts working with the E. Factor – both self-limiting and self-enhancing beliefs - helping the fires that burn within to roar. Coaches do not create the flame, but the best can help you fan your flame into a roaring success. Many coaches won't even accept a client if they fail to find a flame inside. They know the flame is the prerequisite for greatness.

Most people only accept the amount of coaching their egos will allow. Champions are well known for being open to world class coaching, the more open-minded they are, the more successful the champion. The great ones don't care about ego and control; it about improving their results – they're looking for the competitive edge, no matter how slight.

Their logic is simple: when a champion competes, the advantage is the edge in thinking, strategy and technique. Champions look for the advantage that great coaching can provide. Champions like to and want to win. Our programs are all about fostering lasting organizational change through executive transformation.

The Web Accelerator Program

The Web Accelerator Program works because it delivers "just in time" learning over a period of time. Participants have the opportunity to apply the concepts they are learning from week to week, and then raise issues or gain new perspective at the next web-session. Ask us about the Core Skills for Leadership package.

We find that the best results occur when we have an opportunity to work with people at various levels in the organization, because this fosters alignment of communication strategies and methods, and gets the entire leadership and management team on the same page. The minimum size for each Web Accelerator coaching group is six participants (maximum group size is twenty four people). Most of our leadership development programs can be delivered via the web, the exception is 'The Media Works' which is a hands on program. Below is a description of the 'Presentation Power' program.

Presentation Power

We take teams through an ever deepening process of interacting with the five core modules of our 'Presentation Power'™ methodology, one module per 99-minute web-conference session. Because there are five core modules, the minimum commitment is for a five-session web-conference series. However, we recommend that clients book ten sessions, as the second set of sessions take participants beyond an introduction of the core concepts into deep, applied learning.

We generally deliver the first sessions over a five-week period, and then take a four to six week break before starting the second set of sessions. Client organizations can cancel the second set of sessions if they feel the program does not meet their needs. In many cases, we can follow up the Web Accelerator Program with a two-day on-site coaching session to consolidate the learning and facilitate goal setting and future planning.
